Production process- Raw material
The primary raw materials of
spunlace cloth are cotton, jute, flax, synthetic fibers (polyester (PES), polypropylene (PP), polyamide, rayon), special fibers (glass, carbon, nanofibers, bicomponent, superabsorbent fibers), etc
. The fiber raw materials are compressed and packed every 200 to 300 kg and supplied by the fiber manufacturer. Depending on the preferred properties, some fibers may be blended.
- Fiber Blend
The compressed fiber is loose, to eliminate impurity and mixed to obtain uniform blending ratio and weight dispersion.
In this way, it becomes a raw material that will be free, clear, and suitable for the next process (carding).
- Carding.
Fibers with uniform blending ratio and weight circulation become a sheet-like state by passing through multiple rolls wound with tooth-shaped metal wire in the carding process. This sheet-like state is called the "web". Creating a uniform web is the most crucial aspect of the carding process.
- Bonding.
After the carding process, the fibers in the web are not yet bonded. The high-pressure water streams are utilized to this web to entangle the fibers, transforming it into a strong sheet.
- Drying.
The sheets will now enter the drying machine for drying treatment.
- Inspection.
The inspection machine stringently checks the nonwoven fabric following the air-drying process for contamination.
- Winding.
