Though wet wipes contain liquid, and in some cases, airport security scanners will pick up wet wipes during screening and may require you to go to thorough screening. Even if it just an added security, you should be good to go without question.

The type of wipes

What should you disinfect?

It would be best if you started cleaning surfaces before settling down. Wipe that headrest, back cushion, armrests, seat cushion, tray table, recliner knob, seat belt, etc. You may have to do it twice to make sure you did not miss a spot.

After disinfecting your cabin seat, please do not flush your wipes in the toilet. You may put used wet wipes in a ziplock before disposing of it in a trashcan. Do not forget to sanitize your hands after. Or you can wash with soap and water.
